Submit a project
The first step to submitting a project is filling out the Initial Funding Request form online.
This first level of review aims to identify projects that correspond to the Foundation's fields of expertise and that appear the most structured. Upon receipt of your Initial Funding Request, the Foundation will review it and should your project correspond to our stated mission, the Foundation will contact you for more details concerning your proposal. If necessary, the Foundation may travel to the location of the association to meet the team and to familiarise itself with its work in preparation for the finalisation of a funding application. As a partner, the Foundation willingly helps the applicant organisation with budget adjustments and action plan specifications. This partnership leads to a second stage: the creation of a funding application file. This file will be reviewed and submitted to the Foundation's Board of Directors for approval.
Selection
Selection is based on an evaluation of the correlation between the objectives of the applicant organisation and the mission of the Foundation. It is also the result of in-depth analysis regarding the aptitude of the organisation to implement an action programme resulting in actual, measurable and durable change in the quality of life of populations in need. The involvement of local populations is a crucial factor in our conception of sustainable development. The Foundation is also highly devoted to ensuring the efficient technical and financial management of a project, and the transparency of the applicant organisation.

Setting up a partnership
Each project approved by the Foundation's Board is the subject of a partnership contract that defines precisely the duties of the partner organisation towards the Foundation, and of the Foundation towards the organisation. This implies an efficient and transparent use of funds with regard to the stated project objectives, the directing of the project to its conclusion, the transmission by the partner organisation of an intermediary report and of an operational activities and financial statement at the end of the project. For its part, the Foundation commits to support the partner organisation both financially and technically, according to a jointly established schedule.
