Our Commitment

A vicious circle of poverty is created by lack of education, illness, isolation and indigent living conditions. Many groups of people are deprived of vital elements that every individual needs to live and to be fulfilled and that every community needs to develop harmoniously. All over the world, individuals and organisations are taking action to help these people. The Addax Foundation was founded in order to support these efforts.

The Foundation is committed to contributing to sustainable development projects. In its actions, the Foundation endeavours to support those who are most forgotten and give them renewed hope by providing them with aid that enables them to build plans for the future, both individually and collectively.

The Foundation focuses on Africa and the Middle East and on four core areas:

		Community development
		Environment

The Foundation acts to provide financial and logistical support for the management of projects belonging to the areas covered by its mission. It relies on the skills, expertise and advice of organisations and institutions that are specialised in development aid.
